Dawn Daras, MS, MS, ABD/PhD is a behavioral data scientist. She is published in academic peer reviewed journals on human behavior. She has taught in university on psychology and statistics. She had an IBM Business and was hired into IBM where she helped to develop the Social Media Analytics Division between Cognos and SPSS. From there she went into the i2 Counterfraud Division. She was one of the main programmers on the Fraud Prevention System II, a 96.1 Million grant to translate CMS (Center for Medicaid and Medicare) Fraud Models through Northrup Grumman. She has worked for Microsoft in the State and Local Government Division as a Cloud Solution Architect. She has worked with many premier clients and C-Level executives.
Dawn understands the systemic and cultural aspects of corporations that can make the political aspects of finding a "singular truth" difficult. Besides her many credentials and accomplishments, she has been called "one tough cookie," and a "straight shooter," and, she understands the pain points C-Levels and executives have that keep them up at night and looks at those challenges as puzzles to be solved.
